This is a 30" x 40" portrait of Donna.  It was painted in 2014 (using a picture of Donna from 2004 - 2005) by an artist in New York by the name of Myro.  Her real name is Mary Baziotis.  The framing was done by West End Gallery in Richmond, VA.
